Policies
We know life happens. That's why you will be given one "free pass" for a late cancellation, no-show, or late arrival (after 15 minutes of scheduled appointment time). Multiple (2 or more) late cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals will result in a nonrefundable deposit ($100) to book your next appointment.
Late cancellations - Cancellations done within 12 hours of appointment time.
No-shows - Appointments missed without notice will be subject to a $100 missed appointment fee. If you miss a prepaid session, you will not lose the missed session, however, you will have to pay the $100 missed appointment fee at your next scheduled session.
Late client policy - If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, please call or text, we will do our best to accommodate you. After 15 minutes without notice, your appointment will be considered a no-show, is subject to the no-show fee, and must be rescheduled.
Payment - Payment is due at the time or service. All credit cards, Paypal, Venmo, and cash are accepted.
